• ½oz melon liqueur
• ½oz peach schnapps
• 1oz pineapple juice
• ½oz 7-Up

Shake with ice. Strain into a shot glass.

1oz White Tequila 1oz Melon Liqueur ½oz Triple Sec 1splash Orange Juice Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

• 2oz rye whiskey
• 1tbsp simple syrup
• 6 dashes of bitters
• 6 dashes of absinthe
• 1 splash of water

Coat the inside of an old-fashioned glass with Absinthe. Stir remaining ingredients with ice. Strain into the coated glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

1½oz Tia Maria 1½oz Grand Marnier Shake with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

• ½oz tequila
• ½oz vodka
• ½oz Kahlúa
• 4oz light cream or milk
• 4½oz coke

Pour tequilla, vodka and Kahlúa over ice in a Collins glass. Add coke. Top with cream. Stir gently.

2oz Ice Wine ½oz Grand Marnier 5oz Orange Juice Mix juice and wine over ice in a red wine glass. Float Grand Marnier on top. Serve with a chocolate covered cherry.
